Retainer/Refund Policy
The Covington 360 Photo Booth:
Retainer and Refund Policy

At The Covington 360 Photo Booth, we prioritize providing exceptional service and a memorable experience. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

1. Retainers and Payments:
A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. This retainer confirms availability and allows us to prepare for your event.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. If the full payment is not received by this deadline, The Covington 360 Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel the service without any refund of the retainer fee.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for rescheduling. The retainer fee will be applied to the new event date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. The retainer fee and any payments made will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling:
If the client needs to reschedule their event, they must provide at least 7 days' notice before the event date. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, depending on availability. The retainer fee will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees.
4. Refunds:
Retainer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they secure the date and time of the event.
Refunds for the remaining balance will only be issued if the client cancels at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
5. Service Interruptions:
In cases where unforeseen technical issues, equipment malfunction, or external circumstances (e.g., power outages, severe weather) prevent us from providing the service, The Covington 360 Photo Booth will make every effort to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution, including rescheduling.
If the issue cannot be resolved and rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
6. No-Show Policy:
If the client fails to provide the necessary event space (e.g., power outlet, secured area), or if the behavior of guests prevents the safe operation of the photo booth, The Covington 360 Photo Booth reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund.
7. Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
By booking with The Covington 360 Photo Booth, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Our goal is to deliver a memorable experience while maintaining clarity and fairness in our refund and cancellation policies.
