Secure Your Date

At Covington 360 Photobooth, we understand the importance of capturing the special moments at your event. Our booking process is designed to ensure that your date is secured, and your photo booth experience is tailored to your specific needs. Please note that the information provided here is for general guidance, and we recommend consulting with our team for personalized assistance and to address any specific requirements or inquiries you may have regarding your booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The balance is due 24 hours before the event.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior for rescheduling options.

  2. Space and Setup Requirements:

    • The client must provide a secure, level 12x12-foot area, free from obstructions, with a power outlet within 10 feet.

    • Outdoor setups must be protected from weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust setup if safety or equipment is at risk.

  3. Safety and Liability:

    • The Covington 360 Photo Booth is not liable for guest injuries or accidents during use.

    • Guests must follow the attendant’s instructions for safety. Non-compliance may lead to service suspension or termination without a refund.

    • The client is liable for any damage to equipment caused by guests.

  4. Usage Limitations:

    • The attendant may refuse service to guests acting inappropriately or under the influence.

    • Only event guests are permitted to use the booth and props.

  5. Copyright and Media Release:

    • Photos/videos captured may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  6. Service Limitations:

    • The Covington 360 Photo Booth is not responsible for delays or interruptions due to technical issues, power outages, or acts of nature beyond our control. Efforts will be made to resolve or reschedule such situations.
